In just 4 hours, learn the secrets of constructive communication and conflict management for people in long-term relationships. 

As I've learned to work with couples, I've come to understand that the necessity of a course in communication and conflict management, as a valuable preliminary or addition to any couple's work. I am now recommending that all couples I see first engage in at least four to six hours of the program I call "Secrets of Successful Couples," prior to individualized work. This course is a cost effective and useful way to get more benefit from the time you spend with me (and possibly other providers).  

This course incorporates the well-known PREP® divorce prevention and marriage enhancement curriculum developed by researchers associated with the University of Denver. PREP® courses are based on research into successful long-term relationships. Improve your relationship's health today!

Secrets of Successful Couples also includes a special focus on sexual intimacy. The private, live class is four hours long. It can be scheduled on Fridays at Hinano Healing Arts in Hilo. Please schedule two weeks in advance!
